Guideline – Run Recruitment and Staffing programs for a Workforce Request

Introduction

  • Once created, it is possible for a workforce request to run recruitment programs to start sourcing candidates, leveraging all possible sources, internally (internal job board, existing employee, in-house recruitment team) and externally (external job board, outside candidates and suppliers).
  • More information about supported recruitment programs by TALEHU, see the guideline Recruitment and Staffing programs
  • TALEHU supports employers to run following recruitment & staffing programs for a workforce request:
    • Internal Programs: Internal Posting, In-house Recruitment, Employee Referral. Note: these internal programs are only available for account with Business Membership.
    • External Programs: External Posting, Candidate Referral, Placement/Headhunt, RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing), Staffing. For external programs, once started the employer can also use the Talent Invite features to proactively invite the suitable candidate/supplier to these programs rather than passively waiting for them to find the request/program on Job Boards.
    • More information about supported recruitment programs by TALEHU, see the guideline Recruitment and Staffing programs
  • Steps to run a recruitment program:
    • Choose program type: Employer can run different types of programs for a request, and for each type of program, employer can run several programs.
    • Define required input information such as: Name/Title, Scope (Applicable Objectives), Deadline/Duration, Reward/Budget…
      • The Scope: could be (1) Job Boards, where potential candidates and talent suppliers can search for the request and join the program suitable with their own profile, or the profiles they have under the services they provide (2) list of specific partners (employee list, candidate list, partner list), in this case the request will be sent to their email and their received request inbox of their account at TALEHU.
      • Note: The scope could be added during the time program is still running.
    • Start running defined program, for defined scope. Employer can start a program with all defined scopes at once, or each scope at any time during the running duration of the program.
    • Received the candidate proposal
    • Screen and book the qualified candidate for next step.
    • Proceed next steps for BOOKED candidate.
    • Confirm the recruitment status and corresponding service payment if any.
