Guideline – Recruitment and Staffing programs

Introduction

  • TALEHU is a marketplace, connecting employers, candidates and talent suppliers to each other through recruitment and staffing programs, internally in the organization and also externally outside the organization.
  • Internal programs such as Internal Posting, Employee Referral, In-house Recruitment are available only for account with Business Membership
    • Internal Posting: the program to post the request to the Internal Job Board where Employees User can apply, help to share the request to different channels.
    • In-house Recruitment: the program to assign the request to in-house recruiter to follow up.
    • Employee Referral: the program to encourage current employees, through rewards, to refer qualified candidates for the company. Employee referral is one of the best recruiting strategies for improving the most important hiring metrics such as time and cost per hire, quality of hire and employee retention.
  • External programs such as Candidate Referral, Placement/Headhunt, RPO, Staffing will be available to all kinds of membership.
    • External Posting: the program to post the request to TALEHU Talent Board, where millions of potential candidates can find the request and apply to the open position.
    • Candidate Referral: the program to encourage people, the talent suppliers outside the company to refer qualified candidates for the open jobs and get rewards.
    • Placement/Headhunt: the program to get placement or headhunting services from external suppliers.
    • Recruitment Process Outsourcing: the program to help hiring external temp/part-time recruiter/headhunter to work on recruiting activities for your request.
    • Staffing: the program to help in hiring a Staffing Company instead of hiring a direct employee.

Guidelines

  • For Employer: Create and manage a Workforce Request

  • For Candidate/Supplier: Create and Submit a Proposal for a Workforce Request

    • As a candidate or talent supplier, you can find the Job for you or your candidate on Job Board. And you might receive the Hiring Job directly from your customer.
    • In order to apply to the Job or send the candidate under your service to the Employer, you can create and submit a candidate proposal following the guideline Prepare and Submit a Proposal.
