Guideline – Job Boards

Introduction

• Job Board at TALEHU is a kind of marketplace, where:
  • Employer can post their workforce requests.
  • Candidate can search for the best fit job.
  • Supplier can search for the workforce request that they can join supplying suitable candidates under recruitment and staffing services that suitable for them.
• TALEHU Job Board support searching workforce requests by:
  • Working Location, Domain, Job, Skills…
  • Form of participation: not only job application, but also participate under services/programs such as candidate referral, placement/headhunt, RPO, staffing…
  • Classified by Time, Urgency, From Me…
• TALEHU Job Board also helps Employers to actively search for suitable candidates and suppliers and invite them to their recruitment and staffing program, boosting the opportunity to approach potential passive candidates.

Guidelines

• Posting Job to Job Boards

  • To post a workforce request to Job Board, run Internal Posting program. Note: Internal Posting/Internal Job Board are only available for Business Membership.
  • To post a workforce request to TALEHU Job Board, run External Posting program
  • To create a workforce request, see the guideline Create a Workforce Request.

• Search Job/Workforce Request on Job Boards

  • On Dashboard, choose Job Boards section on the left-high corner. The option on the right-high is for choosing internal or external Job Board.
  • You can browse the provided list/tabs for the job classified by Time, Urgency, Attractiveness
  • You can also do search by inputting keywords for domain, skills, location, program…in search box and then click Search button to start.
  • You can also quickly choose the keywords for searching by click the arrow down on the left of the search box and click Search button to start.

• Join Recruitment and Staffing Programs

  • Talent and Talent Suppliers can find the Job suitable with them on Job Board, then to apply or join available programs by submitting a Proposal to Employer.
