Guideline – Employee Management

Introduction

  • For account with Business membership, TALEHU provides the features for managing and utilizing effectively the internal workforce (current employees), internally and externally. Those features include Profile Management, Resource Allocation, Skill Inventory, Applicant Tracking and the ability to join external Staffing program to utilize the surplus labor.
  • Employee Profile Management: create and manage employee profiles, classify by Job titles, Industry, Work/Department, Location…
  • Skill Inventory: manage and provide reports containing information on knowledge, skills, abilities, and experiences of the current workforces. Those kinds of information will be useful for the company to quickly allocate the right workforce whenever there is a workforce request, internal or external.
  • Resource Allocation: provides the picture of future resource allocation and help to find out the available resource that could be utilized, not only internally but also externally through the staffing service supported by TALEHU.
  • Applicant Tracking, supported by collaborative recruitment features would help the company and organization to track the application of employees effectively.
  • Staffing Program: the program for Employer to hire temporarily staff and for Supplier to lease labor as temporarily staff.

Guidelines

  • Employee Profile Management

    • From Dashboard or Menu, choose Create Talent Profile to create employee profile and choose Employees to manage existing employees.
    • At Employee list screen, user can see brief information about job skills, recruitment status, available in next 6 months status…choose any profile to see its details.
  • Skill Inventory, Work Assignment, Recruitment History

    • To view/edit Skill Inventory, Work Assignment, Recruitment History, choose/search for expected employee from Employee list to see its details.
    • Work Assignment started with the Work List, that can be list of Departments or Projects in the organization, then the work assignment of the employee in a certain Work from Work List.
    • Recruitment Status section lists all the proposals to which the profile was submitted, and corresponding latest recruitment status.
