Guideline – Candidate Management

Introduction

  • TALEHU allows registered users to create and manage profiles for their candidates, storing basic information, skills & experience and recruitment status.
  • Candidate Management/Talent CRM: Once created, the candidate profiles can be updated, organized into list, searchable by domain/job/skill/location, recruitment history tracking…
  • Profile Posting and Sharing: Once created and updated required information for skills and experience, a candidate profile can used for recruitment activities.
    • It can be posted to Talent Boards or shared to specific partners such as member users of the account, external recruiters, headhunter or talent suppliers.
    • It can be also submitted to proposal by Profile Owner, for either internal or external workforce requests received.
  • Submit to Proposal, Application Tracking: A candidate profile could be participated recruitment activities in following ways:
    • Profile Owner submits it to a proposal, for a received job/request.
    • Once posted to Job Boards or Shared to specific partners, the profile could be invited by Employer, Supplier to their suitable job or proposal.
    • The profile owner later can track the application status, follow up recruitment activities step by step in accordance with the recruitment program the profile has been submitted to.

    • To manage profiles, on Dashboard, choose Candidates section.
    • In Candidate List screen, user can see brief information about the domain-job-skill, recruitment status of the profile. Choose a certain profile to see and update its detailed information.
