Introduction
- TALEHU supports following account memberships:

- BASIC: individual account (one account user), basic level, suitable with individual to start recruiting or applying for a job. This membership is free subscription.
- PROFESSIONAL: individual account (one account user), professional level, suitable with recruiter/headhunter working on recruitment activities frequently. With this membership, user can create unlimited candidate profile, share and receive talent profile shared by other users, and allowed to join services such as Candidate Referral, Placement/Headhunt, RPO. This membership is paid subscription, monthly or annually.
- BUSINESS: business account (multiple account member user), suitable with business/organization having frequent recruitment activities, such as Employer, Recruitment or Staffing Agency…Besides features and joinable services as PROFESSIONAL membership, BUSINESS membership supports creating account member users, running internal recruitment programs (Internal Posting, In-house recruitment, Employee Referral) and joining Staffing services. This membership is paid subscription, monthly or annually.
- Functions that can be used to manage your account:
- Account Information: account information, member user, membership
- Profile: personal profile and service profile/business profile (for Professional, Business Membership)
- User Management: manage users, only available for account with Business Membership
- Service Packages: purchase and manage service packages.
- Coins Management: purchase and manage service points
- Payment: account payment history
Guidelines

To Manage User Account
- Go to Dashboard or Menu, choose Account Management
- In landing menu, choose the function to manage the expected part of the account.

To upgrade, extend Account Membership
- To see the current membership, go to Membership part in Account Info section. There you will see your current membership, with information about the expired date.
- To upgrade or extend your current membership, choose Update Membership button. The membership can only be upgraded, from BASIC to PROFESSIONAL or from PROFESSIONAL to BUSINESS.
- For account with PROFESSIONAL and BUSINESS membership, when membership is expired, it will be automatically reset to BASIC membership.

To create and manage Member User
- To create and manage member user of account, choose User Management section.
- Note: Only account with BUSINESS membership can create Member User, selected from existing Employee List.

To buy and manage Service Coin
- Service Coin is used for buying service packages or paying service charge on TALEHU.
- To buy, transfer or withdraw service coins, choose Coin Management section.

To buy and manage Service Package
- Service Packages are used for Employer to run recruitment and staffing programs for their workforce requests.
- To buy and manage existing service packages, choose Service Packages section.
